Delivery timelines provided are estimated and may vary due to logistics, weather conditions, or other external factors. Bharathai Heritage shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners beyond our control.

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns or cancellations are not accepted once an order is confirmed. Refunds or replacements are applicable only in cases of damaged, incorrect, or expired products. Such issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear supporting images. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
